("We," "Us," or "Ours") refers to DGS Hearing Center.

2. Services Offered:

DGS Hearing Center provides information about hearing health, hearing aids, and related services. We offer hearing evaluations, hearing aid trials, newborn hearing screenings, and advanced audiological testing. Details about our services can be found on our website.

3. Use of Website:

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website’s functionality or compromises its security.

4. Appointments and Consultations:

While we provide information on our website, any appointments or consultations with our audiologists are subject to availability. We strive to offer timely services but do not guarantee specific appointment times.

5. Hearing Aid Trials:

Trial Period: Hearing aid trials begin from the date of fitting. All trials must be conducted at DGS Hearing Center. Home trials are not permitted. DGS Hearing Center retains ownership of the hearing aids during the trial period until they are paid in full.

Client Responsibilities:

Follow instructions for the proper use of hearing aids.
Use them as per guidelines or instructions given.
Avoid actions that may damage or alter the devices.

Trials for Out of Stock Models:

Clients who wishes to try a hearing aid model that is not available in stock, they must pay an advance of 50% of the MRP of that particular model. This amount will be adjusted in the final purchase if the client decides to buy the device.

Damages and Loss:

Clients are responsible for any repairs, loss, or damage to the hearing aids during the trial period. If a device is not returned, lost, or damaged beyond repair, the client will be held responsible for the actual cost of the device.

6. Hearing Aid Services:

At DGS Hearing Center, we are committed to providing high-quality hearing aid services to meet individual needs.

Warranty:

All hearing aids come with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Customized Hearing Solutions:

We offer personalized hearing solutions designed to match different degrees and types of hearing loss, ensuring optimal hearing improvement.

Repairs & Maintenance:

We provide repair services for hearing aids that are outside the warranty period.
Regular servicing and maintenance are recommended to enhance the longevity and performance of your hearing aids.

7. Replacement Policy:

DGS Hearing Center will accept a hearing aid for replacement within 10 days from the date of the original invoice, under the following conditions:

The device has a verified manufacturing defect or functional issue.
Replacement will not be provided for personal preference, comfort issues, or user dissatisfaction.
The device is in good working condition apart from the reported defect.
It has not been customized internally or externally.
It has not been exposed to excessive wear and tear.
It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

8. Limitation of Liability:

DGS Hearing Center and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services or products.

9. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
